Berra adds to list of England v Scotland Blues…

Last Friday night saw Christophe Berra become the 10th Ipswich player to play in an England v Scotland game.  How many can you name?

This week’s Fuller Flavour column looks back at the games, appearances and goals from those Town players that have featured in this fixture.  Also, a look ahead to our forthcoming game against Nottingham Forest on Sky TV this weekend and another game without a win in 1991/92 remembered.

Fuller Flavour 14 November 2016– Berra continues rich history for Blues in clash of Auld Enemies…..Our first ‘home’ live TV battle with Tricky Trees…..and U’s defeat left me thinking season was over – how wrong I was!*

Wednesday was good, but other days ahead need to improve too…

A great win at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and let’s sincerely hope that it is the start of better things to come from Town.  This week’s column looks back at the weekend but with caution that this one result does not make everything rosy again – far from it.

Also, good to see Town the chosen subject of Phil Boor on Mastermind last Friday night and a fifth consecutive draw remembered in 1991/92*.

Fuller Flavour – 7 November 2016– A great result but please don’t think everything is rosy now…..Phil does well with questions on Mastermind…..and An enthralling end-to-end game, despite it being another draw.*
